- Online assessments completed before the program begins, and after Phase 1 and Phase 3
- Individual Summary Reports, which recap several program assessments. These reports are emailed upon completion of assessments after Phase 1 and Phase 3.
- Two 30-minute calls to review Individual Summary Reports after Phase 1 and Phase 3
